Terms of Service

By using Walsmith (walsmith.fun, @walsmithbot, @WalSmithAlertsbot, and the associated APIs), you agree to the following terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

1. What the service is

Walsmith is a non-custodial generator for custom (vanity) Solana wallet addresses, SPL token and NFT mint addresses, batch airdrop tooling, and on-chain alert subscriptions. We generate cryptographic keypairs that match a pattern you choose and deliver them to you. We are not a wallet, not a broker, and not a custodian.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where using this service is illegal.
• You must not be on any applicable sanctions list (OFAC, UK, EU, or equivalent).
• The service is not intended for, and must not be used by, residents of jurisdictions that prohibit digital-asset tooling.

3. Payments and pricing

• Prices are displayed before you commit. Tiered by pattern length; see the pricing card at the time of purchase.
• Payments are in SOL. The SOL/USD quote is generated per order and valid until the order expires.
• A deposit address is generated per order and shown in your browser or in Telegram. Send at least the quoted amount.
• Once the deposit is confirmed on chain and the wallet is delivered, the transaction is final.

4. Delivery

On the browser tier, the wallet you generated is unlocked in your own tab after payment is confirmed. On the Telegram tier, your private key is delivered by direct message. Copy and import it into your own wallet immediately. We recommend deleting the delivery message afterwards.

5. Refunds

• If payment is sent but the order expires before our system detects confirmation, contact support@walsmith.fun with the transaction signature. We will verify and refund.
• If payment is detected but delivery fails for any reason on our side, we will redeliver or refund your choice.
• If the wallet is successfully delivered to you, the order is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
• Discount codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

6. Your responsibilities

• Store your private keys securely. Once we deliver a key, you are its sole custodian. Walsmith cannot recover a lost key.
• Do not use the service to evade sanctions or launder funds.
• Do not submit patterns that impersonate other brands, public figures, or protected marks in a way that is misleading.
• Do not attempt to scrape, brute force, or reverse engineer the service beyond normal customer use.

7. Prohibited patterns

We decline to generate addresses that are intended to impersonate third-party brands or that would primarily serve to defraud. We also decline slurs and hateful terms. If the system rejects a pattern, this is why.

8. No warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any specific vanity pattern is findable in any specific amount of time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walsmith's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, loss of data, loss of crypto value, etc.).

10. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, pricing changes, or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
